Summary:

On October 12, 2021, RCOE Agreement Number C-1008292 was renewed for a 5-year term by the Board of Trustees.
Modification No. 3 is a modification for removal of classroom 34 at Three Rings Ranch Elementary School, and an increase of fees based on the new Riverside County SELPA Allocation Plan approved in Modification No. 2. This agreement will renew June 30, 2026.

Fiscal Impact: Revenue to the District shall not exceed $58,330.00 for the 2024-25 school year and is based on the number of room spaces allocated each year to the RCOE Special Education program housed at District school sites.
