Summary:
|
In response to the District’s notice of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to update the District’s architectural/engineering services “short-list” for ongoing capital facilities projects, the District received Statement of Qualifications from various qualified firms who are experienced in related work associated with various modernization/reconstruction, renovations, new construction, and capital facilities projects for public school facilities.
The following firms are recommended to be a part of the District’s architectural/engineering services “short-list” for ongoing capital facilities projects:
DLR Group, Inc.
GO Architects, Inc.
HMC Architects
PBK Architects, Inc.
PCH Architects, Inc.
Ruhnau Clarke Architects
As each project is developed, staff will recommend an architectural/engineering firm, negotiate terms & conditions, review proposals & agreements, and present to the Board for approval.
