Summary:

To keep the Board of Trustees, staff, and community informed, the Declaration of Need will list assignments requiring Board authorization according to the provisions of Title 5, Section 8000(b).
The Revised Declaration of Need indicates the number of emergency permits the employing agency may need in each of the identified areas during the valid period of the declaration.
