This report encompasses a summary of the formal complaints filed in the District during the fourth quarter of the 2023-24 school year. Per Board Policy 1312, the formal complaints follow the Uniform Complaint Procedures delineated in Education Code 35186 and are formally presented by completion of Exhibit(2) 1312.1(a).
