Summary:
|
The Annual and Five Year Reportable Fees Report for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (“Report”) has been prepared in accordance with Government Code sections 66006 and 66001(d). This Report provides information to the public concerning, in part, the amount of statutory fees, commonly called “Developer Fees,” collected by the District, and how these Developer Fees have been expended or are planned to be expended on the construction or reconstruction of school facilities.
The expenditure of these funds will provide school facilities necessary to accommodate enrollment from new students generated from the construction of new residential units, or as a result of new commercial/industrial development within the District, and administrative costs to collect these funds.
This Report has been properly noticed and made available to the public at least fifteen (15) days prior to the District’s Board meeting, in order for the public to have the opportunity to review and provide comments or questions to the District. Any public comments received prior to the Board meeting will be made available to the Board at the meeting.
