Summary:
|
The proposed salary schedules are presented for consideration. The total compensation package includes the following components:
An ongoing two and a half percent (2.5%) increase will be applied to the BACME salary schedules, effective July 1, 2025. In addition, the following longevity pay increments will be implemented for any combination of management, administrative, or confidential positions, within Beaumont USD, will be eligible for the following longevity increments applied to base salary:
• 2.5% increase after 5 years of total cumulative service
• Additional 2.5% increase (totaling 5.0%) after 10 years of total cumulative service
• Additional 2.5% increase (totaling 7.5%) after 15 years of total cumulative service
The longevity increment is applied on the first day of years 6, 11, and 16 of total cumulative service. This structure replaces all previously applicable longevity plans.
