|
With limited exceptions, the law allows the Board to act (vote) in Closed Session on legitimate Closed Session matters. The Brown Act requires that when the Board takes action on a matter in Closed Session, certain types of actions taken in Closed Session must be reported in public session, usually at the public portion of the same meeting after the Closed Session action.
