Summary:
|
The District is seeking to waive Education Code Section 44265.3 which states that the CTC shall issue an authorization for a teacher to provide services to limited-English-proficient pupils. The District has hired Christopher Chatman, Lindy Gerold, and Jonathan Wiener to Career Technical Education classes for grades 6-12 for the 2024-25 school year.
