Summary:
|
On an annual basis, the Board of Trustees, acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2018-1, Community Facilities District No. 2020-1, and Community Facilities District No. 2022-1, must establish the maximum and actual Special Tax rates and authorize the levy of the Special Taxes. Resolution 2024-25-31 satisfies the requirement for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
