Administration is requesting the approval of the purchase of two 48'x40' two-classroom and one 12'x40' restroom buildings for San Gorgonio Middle School for student growth capacity.
The purchase will be made utilizing Piggyback clause from Hesperia Elementary School District based on Silver Creek Modular Portable Classroom drawings #04-121999.
The California Public Contract Code ยง20118 authorizes public entities to participate in the legal bid contracts of other agencies, saving time and the expense of preparing and advertising for bid packages for similar items. The bidding agency obtains more competitive pricing based on larger quantities of supplies and equipment.
