Summary:
In response to the District’s notice of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to update the District’s construction management firms “short-list” for ongoing capital facilities projects, the District received Statement of Qualifications from various qualified firms who are experienced in working with architects, contractors and other related consultants to establish project scopes, budgets, scheduling bidding procedures under both public contract code and alternative construction delivery methods throughout the construction of projects assigned.

The following firms are recommended to be a part of the District’s construction management firms “short-list” for ongoing capital facilities projects:

Erickson-Hall Construction Co.
Ledesma & Meyer Construction Company, Inc.
Neff Construction, Inc.
Tilden-Coil Constructors, Inc.
Vanir Construction Management , Inc.

As each project is developed, staff will recommend a construction management firm, negotiate terms & conditions, review proposals & agreements, and present to the Board for approval.

The administration recommends the Board of Trustees of the Beaumont Unified School District approve a "short-list" of qualified construction management firms for ongoing capital facilities projects.
