Summary:
The change of the quarterly report on Williams Uniform Complaints reflects the revision of Education Code 35186 to include complaints.

The quarterly report on Williams Uniform Complaints reflects the following:
- Insufficiency of textbooks and instructional materials
- Teacher vacancy or misassignments
- Facilities conditions

The quarterly reports are adjusted to reflect the school year calendar, with the period of July- September being the first quarter.
