Summary:
The burden to expel, extend expulsion, or readmit a student in Beaumont Unified School District rests on the Board of Trustees. In accordance with Administrative Regulation (AR) 5144.1, the Board of Trustees at a public meeting shall take the final action pursuant to Education Code 48918(j). The following items are being brought for final decision of the Board of Trustees.
