On September 24, 2024, the Board of Trustees approved Ledesma & Meyer Construction Company, Inc. for the District's pool of construction management firms.
Staff is requesting approval of Ledesma & Meyer Construction Company, Inc. to provide construction management services for the Summerwind Trails Growth Buildings Project.
Staff has worked with Ledesma & Meyer Construction Company, Inc. to develop the attached, mutually beneficial agreement. The amount is as follows:
• $28,542.00 for construction management services
• $99,300.00 (not-to-exceed) for general conditions |
